RzTheFlags provides peer-led behavioral health support in urban communities where individuals are disproportionately impacted by trauma, substance use, housing instability, and justice involvement.
Through a combination of lived experience and clinical collaboration, we deliver services that meet individuals where they are, offering structured support, connection, and pathways to stability.

Who We Serve
RzTheFlags serves individuals in urban communities navigating behavioral health challenges, including trauma, substance use, mental health conditions, and housing instability.
Our focus includes justice-impacted individuals, women, youth, and adults seeking structured support through both peer-led services and clinical care.
By integrating Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS) with licensed clinical professionals, we provide a model of care that is both relatable and results-driven, bridging the gap between lived experience and professional treatment.
